The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has reaffirmed its commitment to health diplomacy by injecting UGX 10 million into the 15th Rotary Cancer Run, supporting nationwide screening outreaches and the construction of a modern cancer treatment facility at St. Francis Hospital Nsambya.
